Pop678 Terms and Conditions — Rules and User Rights

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the pop678 platform — whether through the website, the mobile app, or any other available channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling rules, which form an integral part of this document.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on pop678, you expressly confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is personal and non-transferable — you cannot accept the Terms on behalf of someone else, and no one else can accept them on your behalf.

Pop678 reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility

To create an account and use the pop678 platform, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of the Brazilian betting system;
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from pop678 for any reason;
• Not hold any role that constitutes a conflict of interest with Sports Betting (such as referees, athletes, or club officials in competitions available on the platform);
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

Pop678 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance with these requirements. Accounts opened in breach of these criteria may be suspended or closed, with balances held pending completion of the review.

3Account Registration

Each user may hold only one active account on the pop678 platform. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or device is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

At registration, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including: full name as it appears on the CPF, date of birth, CPF, full residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. pop678 is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

The user is responsible for keeping their account credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity carried out using the user's credentials will be considered the user's responsibility, except in cases where unauthorized use is immediately reported to pop678 support.

Pop678 may refuse to register any user at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, use of third-party data, or attempts to circumvent platform policies.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

Pop678 applies identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with Brazilian gambling regulations and anti-money laundering requirements. All users are subject to this process before making withdrawals or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds.

Verification may require the submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport);
• CPF (this may be the reverse side of the RG or a separate document);
• Recent proof of address (issued within the last 90 days), in the account holder's name;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (for credit or debit card deposits);
• A selfie holding your identity document, when requested.

Pop678 is committed to processing KYC documents within 48 business hours of complete submission. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during the verification process. Users will be notified by email of the outcome.

5Deposits

Pop678 accepts the following deposit methods exclusively in BRL (R$): Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. Deposits in foreign currencies or via payment methods not listed in this clause are not accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no defined maximum deposit limit, but transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.

Pix deposits are credited instantly to the pop678 account, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Boleto bancário deposits may take up to 3 business days to clear. Credit and debit card deposits are processed within up to 30 minutes.

Pop678 does not accept deposits from third parties. The deposit method and the account holder must be the same person. Deposits identified as coming from third parties will be returned to the original payment method, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

All deposits are processed in Brazilian reais (R$). pop678 does not charge any deposit fees, but users should check whether their financial institution applies fees for transfers or payments.

6Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available real balance from their pop678 account at any time, provided that identity verification (KYC) has been completed and there are no pending bets or bonuses restricting the withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval, available 24 hours a day. TED bank transfer withdrawals to Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks are processed within 1 business day.

Pop678 may request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or in situations that indicate a need for further verification. The user will be notified by email with specific instructions regarding the required documents.

Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the rollover requirements outlined in clause 7. Real balance (funds deposited directly by the user) may be withdrawn at any time with no rollover restrictions.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Pop678 offers promotions and bonuses subject to specific terms published on each offer's page. In the event of a conflict between the general terms of this clause and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion prevail.

General rules that apply to all pop678 bonuses:

• Each bonus type may be redeemed only once per user (one per CPF, per email address, and per device), unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion;
• The rollover (wagering requirement) is calculated on the bonus amount received, not on the combined value of the deposit and the bonus;
• Bonuses not redeemed within their validity period are automatically cancelled and cannot be recovered;
• Bets placed with bonuses that result in cancellation or void do not count toward rollover requirements;
• Pop678 reserves the right to cancel bonuses where fraudulent use or collusion with other users is suspected;
• Withdrawals requested before the rollover requirement is met will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

Each game type's contribution toward the rollover varies as described in each promotion's terms. As a general reference: slots and Sports Betting with a minimum odd of 1.50 contribute 100%; Live Casino games contribute 10%; poker contributes 5%. Games excluded from a specific promotion have zero rollover contribution.

Pop678 monitors betting patterns during bonus periods. Low-variance betting strategies designed to complete the rollover without real risk (such as betting on all outcomes of the same event) constitute bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

8Sports Betting

Bets placed on pop678 are final once the bet slip is confirmed. Users are responsible for reviewing all details before confirming — bet type, event, market, odds, and stake. User errors in placing a bet are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Pop678 reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets in the following cases:

• Odds published with a clear error (a difference of more than 20% from the market odds at the time the bet was placed);
• Event cancelled, postponed to a different date, or held at a different venue than the one announced;
• Lineup information or event conditions that were clearly incorrect at the time the odds were published;
• Reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation of the event outcome;
• A technical platform failure that allowed bets to be placed under improper conditions.

Live bets are governed by the same principles, with the caveat that pop678 may suspend live markets at any time for technical or risk management reasons. Bets placed during a temporary suspension will be voided.

For Brazilian football, pop678 uses the official kick-off time as published by the organizing bodies (CBF, CONMEBOL). Delays of up to 12 hours do not affect the validity of pre-match bets. Delays exceeding 12 hours will result in cancellation and a full refund of all stakes.

In accumulator bets, if one event is cancelled or declared void, the bet is recalculated excluding that event — the accumulator odds are reduced proportionally and the remaining selections remain valid.

9Casino & Games

Casino games available on pop678 — slots, crash games, Live Casino, poker, and more — are provided by licensed third-party suppliers. Results are generated by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems independently audited by accredited laboratories, ensuring fairness and unpredictability.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is available in the game information. pop678 does not guarantee specific outcomes in any casino game — each session is independent of previous ones, and past results have no influence on future rounds.

The Live Casino operates with real dealers in certified studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live session, pop678 will settle the result based on server records. If the session cannot be completed due to a technical failure on the platform's end, the amount staked will be refunded to the user.

In the event of a software or hardware failure that produces a clearly abnormal outcome (for example, a jackpot triggered under documented technical error conditions), pop678 reserves the right to void the payout and refund the amount staked, notifying the user with a detailed explanation of the incident.

10Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their pop678 account credentials secure. The platform recommends:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Never share your login credentials with anyone;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings;
• Do not access your account from public Wi-Fi networks or on shared devices;
• Log out at the end of each session on any device that is not exclusively for your personal use.

The use of VPNs, proxies, or any location-masking technology that makes access appear to originate from outside Brazil is prohibited. Accounts found to be systematically using a VPN will be investigated and may be suspended.

11Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pop678 platform:

• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses (bonus hunting);
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting or game outcomes;
• Use of bots, scripts, automation software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Bonus arbitrage (betting on all outcomes of an event using bonuses to guarantee a profit regardless of the result);
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Transfer balance between pop678 accounts belonging to different holders;
• Any form of exploiting technical errors on the platform in order to gain an undue financial advantage.

Detection of any prohibited activity may result in: immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and winnings linked to the irregular activity, balance retention pending investigation, and, where applicable, notification to the relevant Brazilian authorities. 12Responsible Gambling

• Deposit limits: users may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases only take effect after 7 days;

• Voluntary break: temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated immediately by the user;

14Limitation of Liability

Pop678 is not liable for: service interruptions caused by third-party failures (internet providers, external servers, payment systems); losses resulting from deposit credit delays caused by financial institutions; unauthorized account access due to the user's own negligence (sharing passwords, using an infected device).

Under no circumstances shall pop678's liability for direct damages to the user exceed the total value of bets actually placed by the user in the 30-day period prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or fraud by pop678.

15Changes to the Terms

Pop678 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time for reasons including: changes in Brazilian law, adjustments to platform operating policies, the addition of new products or features, or any other business or legal reason.

Material changes will be communicated to users at least 7 days in advance, via email and a notification in the pop678 account dashboard. Non-material changes (such as typographical or formatting corrections) may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms. If a user does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date and request withdrawal of their available balance.

16Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the specific regulations applicable to Sports Betting in Brazil.

In the event of a dispute between the user and pop678, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through the platform's support team. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are exclusively elected to resolve any matters arising from these Terms, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

Users may also turn to online dispute resolution platforms available to consumers in Brazil, such as consumidor.gov.br, before initiating any legal proceedings.
